Group classes keep running during Christmas week. If you're around, come train with us! But if you're away with family, no worries. We'll support you online and you can catch up on that week of classes later.
That's either a 6-week program if you train through Christmas, or a 7-week program if you need to freeze that week.
In town for Christmas? Great! Group classes continue as normal. Keep your momentum going with us.
If you're visiting family, we've got 15-20 minute workouts you can do at home, at your parents' place, or in a hotel room. No equipment needed.
Real strategies for handling family dinners, parties, travel, and holiday stress without derailing your progress.
Daily check-ins continue through the app. We're here when you need support most, even on Christmas Day.
Our private group keeps going. Share wins, ask questions, and get support through the holiday chaos.
Away during Christmas week? No problem. We'll add that week of group classes to the end of your program so you don't miss out.

6 weeks of FUN group training
You will be with a trainer 3 days per week taken through the most cutting edge workouts available to help you melt fat, tone up, and see results fast. And you'll be able to track your own progress which will help you continue to improve, avoid plateaus and keep seeing results far past your 6 weeks.

Weekly weigh ins
Your progress will be tracked weekly via before/after photos, weigh-ins, and body fat percentage to keep you on track.

Support, relational accountability & motivation
Not only will you have us when you are in the gym working out, but you will also be able to contact to your personal accountability coach whenever you need for help, tips, advice, or just someone to give you some extra encouragement. We are here to help you succeed. They will also CHECK-IN WEEKLY to congratulate you on your success and keep you on track.

Functional Mobility & Recovery
